How does the voting and judging process work?

4-Stage Process:

1. Initial Review: Kinolime team selects Top 26 screenplays 

2. Audience Voting: Members decides vote for the 10 
    
3. Judges Panel: Kinolime Judges Panel deliberate on the the top 3 based 
    
4. Final Decision: Audience votes for their favorite short screenplay to win
